So I'm off to southeast Africa for five weeks in the morning. I have no plans. I have no idea what to expect. That's my favorite way to arrive in a new place. Tanzania isn't Europe, so I'm looking forward to being outside my comfort zone for the first time in a while.
I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update, but I will do my best. My laptop is in Scotland, so posting pictures will likely be out of the question. You can expect an extensive slideshow of photos when I return. I bought four more journals today since I have been doing more notetaking than ever these days. I'm very anxious at the idea of a book when this is all over. If you ever feel like my blog entries are not complete, this is intentional. I'm saving the best stuff for the book. I'll let you know when it hits the stands.
